These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LEG UP and constitutes a legally binding contractual agreement between REDtech Africa Consulting Ltd (operating as "LEG UP", "the Company", "we", "our", or "us") and any individual or entity accessing or utilizing the platform.

Users warrant that they possess all rights necessary to upload such content.
LEG UP uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to:

Users remain solely responsible for decisions made using AI-generated outputs.
LEG UP may facilitate connections between employers, educational institutions, opportunity providers, freelancers, and talent.
Employers and opportunity providers are solely responsible for:
LEG UP acts solely as a technology intermediary and is not an employer, recruiter of record, staffing agency, or employment agency unless expressly stated otherwise.
LEG UP facilitates opportunities across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
Users acknowledge that opportunities may be subject to immigration, taxation, labour, employment, social security, and regulatory requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
Users and employers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
LEG UP shall not be responsible for obtaining work permits, visas, immigration approvals, tax registrations, or other regulatory approvals.
Capability scores, Talent Passports, badges, rankings, assessments, and verification outcomes are evidence-based indicators only.
Such outputs do not guarantee:
Employers, institutions, and users remain responsible for conducting independent assessments and due diligence.
LEG UP shall not be liable for decisions made based upon such outputs.
Users agree not to:
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
All LEG UP trademarks, software, designs, algorithms, frameworks, methodologies, content, and technology remain the exclusive property of REDtech Africa Consulting Ltd.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
LEG UP may facilitate:
Payments may be processed through third-party providers.
LEG UP reserves the right to delay, suspend, reverse, or investigate transactions where fraud, disputes, unlawful conduct, or regulatory concerns are suspected.
LEG UP is not a bank or regulated financial institution unless expressly stated.
Use of LEG UP is subject to the LEG UP Privacy Policy.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
LEG UP does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEG UP shall not be liable for:
Aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user during the preceding twelve months.
LEG UP may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms.
Users may terminate their accounts at any time.
Governing Law: These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for all operations, users, and transactions within Africa, and the laws of England and Wales solely for transactions and users strictly domiciled within the United Kingdom or internationally.
Amicable Settlement: In the event of a dispute, parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual, good-faith consultation within thirty (30) days.
Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes shall be definitively settled under the Arbitration and Mediation Act of Nigeria, with the seat of arbitration being Lagos, Nigeria at the Lagos Court of Arbitration (LCA), unless the dispute strictly involves a UK-domiciled entity, in which case international commercial rules shall apply. Each party shall bear their own legal costs unless the arbitrator rules otherwise.
